“ Super quaint local restaurant. Clean. Kind servers. There are tables or booths or a bar to eat at. The dessert selection looked fabulous. We got the Taco Salad and the chicken salad lunch special. Everyone ate about half of the very generous portions. A fine little find! ”

“ I love this restaurant. The waitresses we have had here are always pleasant and friendly with a smile. This food is always top-notch, and their fish fry is the best around. The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. I go as often as I can for the atmosphere and delicious fish fry. I wish they still had the lounge, though, so we could have a pinacolada or strawberry daiquiri with our meals. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful meal and friendly experience. ”
“ Hometown dining. A dog rescue brought me to the local vet in Dansville and while I waited I ate at the Sunrise Restaurant which I picked from other Google reviews! The hometown environment was definitely reinforced when I heard the guys at the counter joking with the waitress that they had texted her. My sausage biscuits and gravy was scrumptious. I asked for my eggs a very specific way and they nailed it. Since I had lots of time on my hands I stayed for something sweet. The chocolate cream pie is outstanding! The pie crust was the best I’ve had in years. I’m hoping to come here again. ”

“ Nice little dinner my wife and I were passing through and starving and this place really hit the spot. Because of COVID we ordered take out but the inside looked clean and dinnerish! We ordered stuffed french toast w strawberries and philly cheesesteak sandwich which came with mac salad. Everything was delicious! Mac salad was perfect with just the right amount of mayo! ”
